Lana is an amazing woman. She's has done wonders with me. She is
motivating, smart and caring. This is definitely
her calling in life. She is very passionate about health and fitness. I love
her and she’s like my angel that God sent me, a true blessing. She really cares
about me and understands the struggle and does not expect me to be perfect. The
only thing she expects from me is dedication and honesty. Being ready for
change, I need to be able to do my part. Lana is there for me 100%, but she can only do
so much, I need to meet her halfway. I lost 62 pound in 6 months with thanks to

for yourself whether it's just to get in shape or lose weight. I personally
went to get back in shape, and she has been a fantastic coach for that goal,
even helping me through some back issues. She'll take your goals, take stock of
where you are starting, and start you on a well balanced path to fitness and
acheiving your goals."
considered myself to be in pretty good shape and I was looking to get myself
out of rut and boy did Lana help me do that. She’s a fantastic instructor and
motivator and knows all the aspects to help you achieve your ideal goal,
whether it be weight loss, marathon training, toning or strength conditioning,
Lana has it down pat. My core is now engaged, whereas in the past I never felt
as though it was and my form is correct for lifting to avoid injury as I have
rotator cuff issues and had been previously “cheating” to make reps. I highly
recommend Lana and she’s super flexible to meet when you need or to change a
time and her studio has everything you’ll need. She’ll even take you the track,
pool or beach for a new workout she’s developed. I highly recommend Lana!

Stevenson has been a great help to me over the years for a number of my needs.
I first met her over 9 years ago following a knee surgery and rehab process
that left me walking with a limp and unable to walk up or down a flight of
stairs. After working with Lana, I now can walk all day and hike up and down
mountains -- which I do. A second way she improved my life was introducing me
to aquatic exercises wherein you wear a flotation belt and lead weights while
"jogging" in the deep end of a swimming pool getting a rigorous
cardiovascular workout with no impact on your joints. This is an exercise style
that I plan to continue for the rest of my life. A third example worth
mentioning is when I had a demanding physical job in the tropics during the
summer (actually it was a "reality" TV series). Before heading south,
Lana put me into an accelerated, intensive workout routine in San Diego that
built up my strength and endurance thus allowing me to excel in the tropical
summer heat and humidity, while some other folks faded under the stress.
Lana has done wonderful things for me and I give her my highest recommendation.
